Unexpected joy amidst the chaos

The beach access was superb. We spent our mornings basking in sunlight and enjoying the stunning view. Every day felt like a mini-vacation.

However, our room had a relentless noise problem at night. Loud music blared from cars until the early hours, disturbing our sleep. Security seemed indifferent.

The location is very convenient with lots of dining options nearby. The pool offers a great atmosphere. it’s spacious and kept at a comfortable temperature for swimming.

The room needs some updating to meet higher standards.

inadequate pool shade

The location was perfect for our large family! We easily accessed the beach and nearby attractions. My kids especially loved Rainforest Adventures, where we had an amazing day swinging through the trees. Plus, the beach restaurant offered delicious food with stunning views.

My wife says that the pool area needs more shade for kids. It wasn't very safe since there were no protective barriers near the deeper sections. A few umbrellas would have made our time there much more enjoyable.

The beach out front is not well-maintained, with debris and rough patches that could use a solid cleanup. The AC unit in my room leaked, which fortunately wasn’t too harsh, but it did leave my clothes damp. Navigating the elevator is awkward. it stops between floors, so lugging your bags up and down can be a real hassle—especially after a long trek.
